Start the year by thinking about how to help your advertisers utilize their co-op advertising funds. Each of your advertisers has set their 2025 budgets, and you can help them stretch their advertising budget by using those additional funds. Since Automotive – New Vehicles (and CPO) is the largest co-op vertical, we will look at some of the 2025 auto news below. But, do not forget when you visit your auto dealer customer, there are a lot of co-op opportunities in the “back of the house” – the Parts & Service department!

Below are several “2025 Auto” facts that you might be able to use as an angle in creating a great advertising campaign(s) for your customers.

2025 Auto “News”

  • There will be approximately 62 new different car models available in 2025 in the U.S. That number is generally around 42 to 50. So, think of all the advertising you can do to get the advertised names, looks, and features and “out there” for consumers to view (and then buy!).
  • If you can, watch the 10 New Cars, Trucks, and SUVs that will rule 2025. MotorTrend has put this video together, and it is available on YouTube. Not only are there some great brand-new models, but also some awesome revamps on existing models. What I loved about this video is that you see everything from the Mercedes Benz G Wagon to the Dodge RAM, Toyota 4 Runner, Nissan Kicks, Lincoln Aviator and Cadillac Escalade in other words, all brands were well represented.
  • Chevrolet and Ford have the most car models, tied at 12 each! Toyota has 9 models, and GMC and Honda are tied at 8 models.
  • Just a “fun fact”: approximately 150,000 passenger cars are produced every day worldwide.

Listed below are just a couple of the many car brands that are listed in the Co-Op Connect Platform:
