BRP -CAN-AM: BRP has partnered with Geometry Global to provide a new service that would allow for 100% reimbursement on certain qualifying ads. You would want to contact the representative at Geometry Global for the region where you are located to find out more about this program.

CFMOTO Powersports Inc: Offering 80% co-op reimbursement until the end of May 2020. Normally the participation percentage is 50%.

FCA – Chrysler, Dodge, FIAT, Jeep, Ram Trucks: Usually the Chrysler auto group has a PAP Sales Event Logo Requirement each month but this month they don’t have one, this is what they are suggesting for the month of May :

Sales Event Logo Requirements: Specific Sales Event logo requirements in May will be suspended, allowing you to provide the message you feel best to drive customer traffic. We will be carrying the “Drive Forward” message in our T1 and T2 advertisements, and strongly encourage you to utilize this message to drive consistency across all tiers. For PAP reimbursement, however, this will not be required.

Sales & Service Messaging: Through the end of May we will continue to allow dealers to promote their sales and service business in any percentage of their advertising. Again, allowing dealers to tailor their message to drive business

Ford: Dealers can claim the expenses of the below Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) purchased for the dealership through the third quarter of 2020.

  • Face Masks
  • Gloves
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Infrared Thermometer
  • Face Shields
  • Surface Disinfectant

Accrual spend periods will be extended from 3 months to 6 months for all dealers, beginning with January 2020 Accruals. Dealers are still required to submit claims for ad spend within 2 months.

Starting March – September 2020, dealers will be allowed to use existing co-op funds to claim expenses supporting Pick-Up & Delivery for Ford service customers.

  • Dealers can claim up to $25 per pick-up and $25 per re-delivery for all vehicles (maximum of $50 per vehicle)

All Service Advertising in current approved digital/traditional media categories will now be eligible for reimbursement effective March 1 through the end of Q3 (run dates).  Digital and Traditional spending ratio requirements (50% Digital / 50% Traditional – Top Volume Dealers; 75% Digital / 25% Traditional – All Other Dealers) will be immediately eliminated through Q3.

Husqvarna Forest & Garden Company: Husqvarna Lawn Equipment is offering some 80 and 90% co-op reimbursements until the end of June (see below).

Jeld-Wen Windows: Due to COVID-19 and the inability to execute upon marketing initiatives during this uncertain time, we have decided to waive the mid-year cutoff. Your co-op balance on June 30th will automatically roll over into the second half. Second half fund cutoff dates will remain the same.

  • First half funds will automatically roll over into the second half on July 1
  • Second half funds will expire November 20
  • Second-half funds can be pulled forward into the first half, but not vice-versa

Kawasaki Motorsports: Currently offering 75% participation through the end of June. Normally the participation percentage is 50-60%. There are 3 media types that are not included within the program: Website Fees, Promotions & Event Marketing, and Showroom Material Orders.

Suzuki Motorsports: Suzuki Motorsports has upped their co-op reimbursement rate during the COVID-19 crisis: MC department is offering some social media advertisements during these times and are offering our dealers an 80% reimbursement through co-op. Normally the participation percentage is 60%.

Yamaha Motor – Watercraft: The Watercraft co-op program is offering 100% participation through the end of May. Normally the participation percentage is 50-80%.
