The end of February is the beginning of all the Spring Home and Garden Shows across the country. There are plenty of brand-name products at these shows that offer co-op funding. Your advertisers can use the funds for participation in these shows or can use the funds to promote their presence at the shows (via newspaper, direct mail, online display banners, social media, and more).
If your advertisers sell items such as lawnmowers, patio furniture, BBQ grills, outdoor lighting, outdoor furniture, pool chemicals, spas, and fertilizers (and much more!), this is a perfect time to advertise these brands.

February 18-26 — Spring Dispatch Home & Garden Show (Columbus, Ohio)
February 26 — March 5 Cincinnati Home + Garden Show (Cincinnati, Ohio)
March 2-4 — Amish Country Spring Home and Garden Show (Mt. Hope, Ohio)
March 3-5 — Richmond Home + Garden Show (Richmond, Virginia)
April 20-23 — Southern California Spring Garden Show (Los Angeles, California)

Brand Name – Product/Service – High-Level Guidelines
- Voluntary Purchasing Groups, Inc. – Lawn and garden chemicals and fertilizers
This program runs from 11/1/22 thru 10/31/23. Dealers earn a 6% accrual fund based on current-year purchases. The brand will reimburse up to 100%. This also applies to their Ferti-Lome, Hi-Yield, and Natural Guard brands.
- Unilock Michigan, Inc. – Decorative paving stones
Dealers earn a 1% accrual fund based on the prior year’s purchases. The brand will reimburse up to 50% for print and online advertising.
- Bio-Lab, Inc. – BioGuard – Pool and spa chemicals
Authorized Dealers to earn a 5% accrual fund which they earn every month. The brand will reimburse up to 100%. This applies to their 7 brands: Certified Salt Pool Expert, Mineral Springs, SaltScapes, Soft Soak by SpaGuard, Soft Soak TRIO, SoftSwim, and SpaGuard.
- The Outdoor Greatroom Company – Outdoor Furniture, Fire Pit Tables, and Pergolas
Retailers earn a 2% accrual fund based on current-year purchases. The brand will reimburse up to 50% of traditional/print advertising.
- Dixie Chopper – Lawn Mowers
This program runs from 8/1/22 thru 7/31/23. Dealers are reimbursed 50% for traditional/digital advertising. Dealers need to contact the brand for their current accrual balance.
