Co-op and Grilling? Well, it’s 84 degrees on Sunday and 45 degrees on Monday in Michigan – just a typical spring here! Luckily Memorial Day is a few short weeks away, and that pretty much guarantees some warm weather from that point forward. It is time to think about cleaning off your old grill or just deciding the time is right for a new one. There are Propane, Pellet, Kamado, Electric, and good “old school” Portable Charcoal Grills to choose from, all with different price points. If you have advertisers selling grills at nurseries, farm stores, hardware stores, and more…now is the time to promote the grills they have in stock!
It seems like everyone is getting the latest and greatest recipe advice from Tik Tok. We will jump on that bandwagon and give you one of Tik Tok’s “hottest” BBQ recipes.
Cajun Corn on the Cob
1. Remove the husks from 8 cobs of corn.
2. Take one stick of butter and rub lightly on all 8 cobs.
3. In the meantime, melt 8 sticks of butter, and then add minced garlic (to taste), Cajun seasoning, and chopped jalapeno – mix well and brush on each cob.
4. Cook on low heat and turn the cobs, brushing more of the butter mixture with each turn.
5. When your corn turns a light golden brown, it is ready to eat.
6. Enjoy!
