Using Co-op funds for auto trade shows. Traditionally new model year vehicles start to come out in the fall of the previous year. Then it seems like all the holidays start, and people are too distracted with Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas (and all the money they cost) to think about a new car purchase. But once January rolls around, so do all the auto shows!
If you have any Automobile Dealers or Automotive Parts customers, now is a great time to help them utilize their co-op funds. Not only do many brands allow you to use co-op funds for Trade Show participation, but you can certainly use it to advertise their presence at these various shows with both traditional and digital advertising choices. It is a great time to send out an email to potential customers (that have stopped in their dealership) and let them know you will be at the show with the latest models and colors.
If you are working with Auto Parts retailers/stores, they also show up at these shows with all the latest new accessories. Think wiper blades, floor mats, trailer hitches, oil changes, etc., and again, you can help these folks use co-op to advertise their presence.
