Here is the second story that the Localogy Co>Op Connect team has put together. Each week the topics will vary – this week it’s Home Improvement. They are meant to be a bit of a stress reliever or make you smile, while still calling out brands that offer co-op funding to their reseller network. Anything shown in blue ink below is a brand that offers co-op funding. You never know, one may stick in your head and help you make a fantastic sale!

It Started with a Fresh Coat of Paint

My house really needed a facelift, and I thought a fresh coat of paint might do it. So, I headed to my neighborhood Ace Hardware store and just started grabbing different Benjamin Moore, Clark + Kensington & Royal paint chip colors. Little did I know at the time that this was just the beginning…

So, I picked a great color called Coventry Gray and went to work, boy did that paint look sweet. What didn’t look sweet was my furniture – it just didn’t match now! So, a little bit of online research, and I was now the proud owner of a new Rowe Furniture Corp. couch, love seat, chair, and end tables. Well the furniture arrived, and I loved it; what I didn’t love is how it looked with the carpeting. Now the carpeting looked dingy and old-time to shake things up. After looking at new Shaw Flooring carpet choices I went in a totally different direction with Mannington Mills Hardwood floors. The living room was looking great, but it needed one final update – Hunter Douglas roller shades to the rescue!

Well I bet you know where this is going…six more rooms to go. Better get back to my online shopping!
