CFMOTO Powersports Inc: Offering 80% co-op reimbursement until the end of July 2020. Normally the participation percentage is 50%.

Ford: Dealers can claim the expenses of the below Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) purchased for the dealership through third quarter 2020.

  • Face Masks
  • Gloves
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Infrared Thermometer
  • Face Shields
  • Surface Disinfectant

Accrual spend periods will be extended from 3 months to 6 months for all dealers, beginning with January 2020 Accruals. Dealers are still required to submit claims for ad spend within 2 months.

Starting March – September 2020, dealers will be allowed to use existing co-op funds to claim expenses supporting Pick- Up & Delivery for Ford service customers.

  • Dealers can claim up to $25 per pick-up and $25 per re-delivery for all vehicles (maximum of $50 per vehicle).

All Service Advertising in current approved digital/traditional media categories will now be eligible for reimbursement effective March 1 through end of Q3 (run dates).

Digital and Traditional spending ratio requirements (50% Digital / 50% Traditional – Top Volume Dealers; 75% Digital / 25% Traditional – All Other Dealers) will be immediately eliminated through Q3.

Husqvarna Forest & Garden Company: Husqvarna Lawn Equipment is offering some 80 and 90% co-op reimbursements until the end of June (see below). Husqvarna AutoMowers offers 90% reimbursement through the end of 2020.

 

Hyundai Motors: There have been a couple updates for the time being. Hyundai is being more lax with the crossovers between service and new car advertising, such as mentioning of service in TV audio or in SEM keywords. Hyundai has not increased the reimbursement percentage (it is still 50%) however they have paused the threshold for your quarterly spending. Now dealers will still get their 50% reimbursement regardless of what they submit, even if they do not hit their maximum spending threshold.

Jeld-Wen Windows: Due to COVID-19 and the inability to execute upon marketing initiatives during this uncertain time, we have decided to waive the mid-year cutoff. Your co-op balance on June 30th will automatically roll over into the second half. Second half fund cutoff dates will remain the same.

  • First half funds will automatically roll over into the second half on July 1
  • Second half funds will expire November 20
  • Second-half funds can be pulled forward into the first half, but not vice-versa

Kawasaki Motorsports: Currently offering 75% participation through the end of June. Normally the participation percentage is 50-60%. There are 3 media types that are not included within the program: Website Fees, Promotions & Event Marketing, and Showroom Material Orders.

New Holland Equipment: They are offering special co-op incentives on their Hay Equipment:
Hay season is in full swing in many places across North America, and now is the time to advertise in your local market.

Plus, now through July 31, New Holland will reimburse co-op claims for any Haytools advertising found in AMP! at 75%!

It’s easy to submit your claim in ACB, simply add the code: HAYTOOLS75 into the “Media Description Field” and select 75% for the Rate. This offer will only be extended to advertising assets available via AMP! promoting New Holland major and minor haytool equipment.

Subaru: The availability of Subaru Ad Fund accruals will be extended by 60 days for the January-April 2020 accrual periods. For example, the January accrual period for which the funds are available to be used to reimburse any advertising that takes place from December 2019 through March 2020 will now be able to reimburse advertising through May 2020. A summary of the changes is described below:

  • January 2020 Accruals – can be used on advertising through the end of May 2020
  • February 2020 Accruals – can be used on advertising through the end of June 2020
  • March 2020 Accruals – can be used on advertising through the end of July 2020
  • April 2020 Accruals – can be used on advertising through the end of August 2020

Suzuki Motorsports: Suzuki Motorsports has upped their co-op reimbursement rate during the COVID-19 crisis: MC department is offering some social media advertisements during these times and are offering our dealers an 80% reimbursement through co-op. Normally the participation percentage is 60%.
